Biodo you have the strength to know me? do you have the strength to care? do you have the strength to hold my joy, my fear, my despair?
have you ever been in a body of water and just let go? allowed your body to float on the surface like a summer leaf, staring up at the sky and the clouds and birds that soar overhead? the muffled silence of the water in your ears, cushioning the harsh reality of unwanted sounds. the weightless feeling of a feather as you slowly wave your arms at your sides, making angels in the ripples of the water. the simple peace of being carried along on the whim of the winds.
i ache for that peace.
